Payment methods

1. Payments in execution of the Purchase Contract may be made by cash on delivery or by credit card or by bank transfer in advance, if delivery takes place in Italy. The Customer is required to choose, at the time of conclusion of the Purchase Contract, the chosen payment method.

2. For purchases from abroad the admitted payments are credit or debit card, and advance bank transfer.

Payment by cash on delivery

1. In case of purchase with payment by cash on delivery, the payment must be made exclusively with cash, in Euros and for a maximum amount of € 2,999.99, to the courier who will deliver. The customer must prepare the exact amount indicated in the order confirmation and acknowledges that the courier does not usually have change. Under no circumstances will other means of payment be accepted, such as, for example and not limited to, bank drafts and bank drafts. The additional cost of the pass is € 4.00 (four euros). No additional costs are due for orders totaling over € 99.00 (ninety-nine). Cash on delivery is allowed only for shipments to Italy.

2. In case of non-payment by the Customer of the agreed price, for any reason or cause, or in case of non-acceptance of the shipment or its non-collection, Viauguri will invite the Customer to pay the balance, subject to any further action . Until the Customer has regularized its debit position with Viauguri, the latter reserves the right to cancel any subsequent product deliveries, to terminate any existing Purchase Contracts and to block purchasing functions through the Site, without prejudice to compensation for any further damage.

Payment with credit card

1. If the Customer proceeds with the purchase of the products with payment by credit card, the information relating to the buyer's credit card will be transmitted and managed by a third party ("Intermediary"), via secure connection directly to the website of the 'Intermediary who manages the transaction. The accepted circuits are indicated on the Site before sending the order.

2. The credit card payment procedure is carried out using a secure connection, in which the Customer will find the indication of the order amount and must indicate the type, number and expiry date of the credit card. Additional data or security codes may be requested in some cases by the Intermediary (such as, by way of example and not exhaustive, for the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security services). The indication of a landline number is always required if the customer can be contacted.

3. In order to protect the client's security to the maximum extent, Viauguri never finds out about the credit card number, which is only received by the banking institutions that must provide the authorization. Only the outcome of the transaction is communicated to Viauguri. In other words, no credit card data is transcribed on the documents relating to the order and / or stored by Viauguri.

 Payment by bank transfer in advance

1. In case of purchase with payment by bank transfer, in explicit exception to the art. 15 of these General Conditions ("Shipping and delivery times"), the order will be processed after the actual receipt of the sum. The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order number and the details of the customer. The customer must send a copy of the bank account via email to viauguri@gmail.com.

2. The bank transfer must be made by the Customer within 5 (five) working days from the acceptance of the order by Viauguri, under penalty of cancellation of the order itself.

3. The data for payment by bank transfer are the following:. The data to make the transfer are also contained in the order confirmation e-mail.

4. The expenses that the customer will eventually have to pay to his / her credit institution to make the transfer will not be in any way attributable to Viauguri. The customer is requested to inquire beforehand with his own credit institution of the costs he will incur to carry out this type of payment.
